Capabilities

Four things we do: source, process, keep cold, and deliver. Plus the packaging that goes around it.

Agro-processing

Groundnuts in, peanut butter out.

This is the part of the business we own end to end. Groundnuts are bought from Zimbabwean growers, then sorted and graded before roasting. Roasted nuts are milled to a smooth or crunchy grind and filled into retail jars, catering tubs or bulk pails.

We fill under our own label and under yours. If you need peanut butter in your packaging, with your artwork, that is a conversation worth having.

  • Sorting and grading of shelled groundnuts
  • Roasting to specification
  • Milling — smooth or crunchy
  • Filling: 375 g, 1 kg and 5 kg
  • Private label and contract filling

Cold chain

Quality preserved is a temperature, not a slogan.

Every line we carry has a band it must stay in. Product is received into that band, held in it, and delivered still inside it.

−18 °CFrozen — vegetables, ice cream, fish and seafood
2–4 °CChilled — cheese and dairy
AmbientDry store — peanut butter, groundnuts, packaging

Temperature bands are the standard conditions for these product classes and are confirmed per line at order.

  1. Source

Groundnuts bought directly from Zimbabwean growers. Dairy, frozen lines and seafood sourced from vetted regional and international suppliers.

  2. Process

Groundnuts are sorted, graded, roasted and milled into peanut butter, then filled into our own packs or yours.

  3. Store

Product is held in the band it belongs in — frozen at −18 °C, chilled at 2–4 °C, dry goods in ambient store.

  4. Deliver

Picked against your order and delivered to your store, depot or kitchen, still at temperature.

Distribution

Harare-based, delivering nationwide.

Orders are picked against your list and delivered to store, depot or kitchen. Wholesale and retail formats out of the same store, so a supermarket group and a single restaurant can both be served without repacking.

Standing weekly orders are the easiest thing for both sides — we hold stock against them and you stop chasing.

Packaging solutions

The box, the tub, the lid and the film.

Food packers and processors need packaging on the same schedule as they need product. We supply corrugated cartons, tubs and lids, and wrapping and barrier film, sourced to your specification.

Ordering both from one supplier means one delivery, one invoice and one person to call when something is short.

Sourcing

Local where it makes sense, imported where it has to be.

Groundnuts and some vegetable lines come from Zimbabwean growers. Cheese, certain frozen lines and seafood are sourced regionally and internationally from vetted suppliers.
